These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Maximos AI platform. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Maximos AI LLC. They govern your access to and use of the Maximos AI website and platform, including all content, software, and services offered through it.

By using the platform, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Services

Maximos AI provides a CRM and marketing automation platform including lead pipelines, automated follow-up sequences, unified inbox, appointment booking, broadcast messaging, and related services. All services are subject to these Terms of Service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must not share your account with others or use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws
• Upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

5. Payment and Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts. This fee is non-refundable once setup has begun.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data, contacts, and content you upload to the platform. Maximos AI does not claim any ownership over your data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to design, code, and trademarks — are owned by Maximos AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maximos AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
